Born and raised in Spain, but currently based in Krakow (Poland), Veelargo has always been interested in electronic music and his influences are very eclectic. Some of the artists that made a big impact on him are Plaid, Autechre, Aphex Twin, FSOL, Orbital, Tangerine Dream, Depeche Mode or Joy Division, among many others.
For Veelargo, producing electronic music is synonymous with absolute freedom, always trying to learn new ways to translate his ideas into sound.
The music of the album “Monoliths and Greetings” corresponds to the title. Among the strict monoliths of genres, we encounter unique melodic twists that have already become the hallmark of Veelargo’s sound.
